I wonder whether your all bonus is coming out yet?
As my company cultural, the bonus will only distribute 2 weeks before Chinese new year…
We all can’t wait to get it. Some more, this is consider my 1st full bonus that I ever get in my life.. How many month bonus? It’s still under calculation. I’m not sure. Hopefully, the amount is how much I worth to get.

Here has a very good news.. fresh and brand hot news, half an hour ago from my boss.. yeah~
Previously my dept’s will receive incentives about RM90-120 monthly from the management of clubs, nowadays, the scheme had changed and we going to lost incentive in our future time, so, the boss agreed to give us another RM150 top up on basic salary, so, we will receive extra RM150 fixed monthly in future… yeah~ got extra credit le~ anyway, if there is part of my annual increment then i’ll make noise. Anyhow, the chairman is really good and nice enough in his way of rewarding my dept.
However, I’m still looking forward for the annual increment and bonus….

recently, a lot of my friends looking around for new job.. Hmmm… I’m thinking whether to change job too often bring new things? but then after all, it’s not that ideal unless the company can’t really give at least 50% what you want.
Everyone is looking for the best, but either the real world will allow us to get those things.

management ‘quake’ is happenning in my company. A lot of changes made among the senior management team, though it doesn’t affect me, but more or less, it’s my issue.. for sure. I’m worrying if the way of management or the way to run the management change, then i need to take more time to adapt to the new style of management.
